Aaron and Risa have brought together a love of Japanese food and culture, the local produce of Daylesford and surrounds, the finest quality wines and beverages and skilful service combined with outstanding food. They gave us one of the best dining experiences we have ever had and in such a way that we were delighted with every course. Highly recommended.
